BYLAWS AMENDMENT

Proposal to amend ByLaws to include a regular standing committee entitled “DEI Committee”:
The DEI Committee shall have four members, elected by the membership of the Association by ballot from a list of candidates submitted by the Nominating Committee. Each member will serve for four years, with the initial membership, if approved, being composed of the following individuals and terms:
1. Callie Saeher (24-27)
2. Alice Thwin (24-26)
3. Alexis Davidson (24-25)
4. Nichole Valdez (24-24)
After the initial members serve their respective terms, to fill the vacancy a new member will be elected by the membership of the Association by ballot from a list of candidates submitted by the Nominating Committee every year thereafter.
